Pay Administrative Fee ($59.00 per person)
This covers credit counseling, tri-merge credit report, mortgage preparation, personalized budget, and your mortgage-ready package.
Complete Your Intake Form
- Intake-form-01-22-26-BORROWER (purchasing alone)
- Intake-form-01-22-26-CO-BORROWER (purchasing with someone)
Important: Complete ALL questions – incomplete forms will be rejected.
Baltimore City Residents Only
If you live in or plan to purchase in Baltimore City, complete the CDBG Income Verification Form:
