Our Programs

We go beyond assisting homeowners and homebuyers, dedicating ourselves to fostering financial literacy, creating affordable housing solutions, and developing the next generation of community builders.

Center for Financial Advancement®

The 8-month program kicks off with a 2-day in-person training for HBCU scholars, covering financial literacy, homeownership, and leadership. Continuous learning is facilitated through a customized Learning Management System, reinforcing key topics and enabling partner engagement. The student development team ensures ongoing support with both scholars and HBCU leaders, welcoming all majors to join.

Homeownership strengthens communities and offers security, yet many households in communities of color are excluded. To address this, we launched Project Rebound, which stabilizes low-to-moderate income neighborhoods by renovating foreclosed properties into affordable homes. Our partnerships with developers and financial institutions provide solutions to uplift underserved communities.

Develop the Developer℠ Academy

The Develop the Developer℠ Academy empowers underrepresented developers in Baltimore with the knowledge and resources to revitalize single-family homes. Participants learn real estate fundamentals, thrive in a competitive market, scale efficiently, access financing, and receive mentorship from industry experts, all while promoting public-private collaboration.
