HomeFree-USA’s innovative Center for Financial Advancement® educates and develops the next generation of leaders for the Mortgage and Financial Services industry. Students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) are specially interested in Financial Services.

Unlike other scholarship-driven programs, the Center for Financial Advancement® is a talent-driven, wealth building, career development program that elevates three primary skills in our student scholars:

  • Professional soft skills, so when hired, they are performance-driven, ready to work, and knowledgeable about the business environment.
  • Financial literacy, education and homeownership development. This changes their economic status and that of their community.
  • Leadership development, preparing tomorrow’s leaders and homeowners today… Thus providing an unique benefit to innovative companies.

The Center for Financial Advancement® allocates an extraordinary amount of time, investment and mentorship with each student. Through an intensive, 8-month skill-building and financial empowerment program, we expand awareness of partners’ programs on 15+ campuses throughout the year. Soon our Center for Financial Advancement® will expand to all 100+ HBCUs. No other program comes close.
